Hooray for Gamefly.

“And if you really need a game to play, and The Italian Job is all you have, you’ll play it. Not because you’re really interested in it, but because it’s only slightly more fun than randomly pushing buttons on a controller while staring at a darkened TV screen. . . . It’s as bland as you can possibly get. . . . Even if you were a big Mini Cooper geek, you’d be disappointed here, unless your idea of a great Mini game would have you being chauffeured around L.A. by your father, who’s more concerned about the mileage he’s getting and taking it easy on the transmission than the fact that he’s supposed to a) a professed criminal in b) a sports car.” So glad I rented rather than bought this one.

Of course, “The Love Boat” is on now, so that will be more fun than this game. Oh well.
