Somewhere in cyberspace, in a little community of generally happy users, someone saw The Passion and took it upon himself to fill the group’s MP3 file sharing area with Michael W. Smith’s contemporary Christian music. What strikes me as most amusing are this user’s comments (and add in [sic] everywhere for me, okay? It’s too distracting otherwise.):
“F U. I SAW THE ‘PASSIO’N. I : KNOW WHO YoU ARE AND: THE AGENDA?”
“i am posting song 4 later, as required by the gospel. even Jesus made mistakes.”
“there will be four more. i feel your pain, jesus, with every single bad vote. NAIL ME TO THE CROSS.“
“PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL OF THEM and listen with your little, white ears! i got the cd when i realized the GOSPEL in chapaign, IL. it cost $2.95, but is worth eternal life in HIS heaven!”
“hopefully it will OPEN EYES. FROM HIS 1984 HIT MOTHErFUCKIN ALBUM“
“I DID IT TO SAVE SOULS, YOU FUCKS. AMY GRANT COWROTE MANY OF THESE SONGS, AS DID BABY JESUS.“
