The Republicans have announced their musical entertainment for their convention. While Hullabaloo has more, here’s the names:

Sara Evans (According to http://www.saraevans.com/, “Sara performs for and spends night with President Bush.” Are these the Christian morals we want our children to learn? Spend the night with the President and perform at the Convention? Slut!)

I’m not an incredible music snob. I listen to just about anything. But compare that line-up to the Democrats: the Black-Eyed Peas, Wyclef Jean, John Mellencamp, and Peter, Paul and Mary.
Are (whispering) black (end whispering) people allowed to sing at the convention? Oh, that’s right, they ran out of token African-Americans.
Not that it matters, of course. Conventions are all about rallying the base.
