So this evening, 48 hours after the fiasco with Doteasy began, I got an e-mail from them asking for my PASSWORD for my domain registrar so they could change my name server information because it wasn’t pointing at Doteasy. Well, that’s because I’m not using Doteasy anymore because they were dreadful in responding to this problem!
And to ask for my password to another company? That’s just horrible.
This is service I paid for even. Sigh.
