Please be informed. The correct substitution for “Diet Coke” when a customer requests said beverage and your establishment serves only Pepsi products is NOT Pepsi — it is Diet Pepsi. Don’t just make that fake apologetic fake and say “Pepsi” and saunter off. Pepsi is not the correct substitution for someone asking for a Diet Coke — it’d be DIET Pepsi.
